We offer live online yoga classes over zoom to a community of like-minded people who enjoy sharing yoga together from wherever their device will connect.

Our Online Yoga Studio is ideal for individuals:

who are parents or caregivers with limited opportunities to attend yoga classes in person
living rurally who may not have access to a traditional yoga studio
preferring to stay at home for various reasons
who may feel self-conscious about practicing yoga in front of others; join with your camera and microphone on or off
needing accountability to show up to a yoga class; these are live yoga classes with real people who are happy to see you!

Flow & Glow Vinyasa

Get ready to sweat and shine! We’ll be practicing one revitalizing sequence throughout the week to build strength, move in tandem with the breath, and feel the benefits long after saying Namaste.

Yoga Equipment: mat and block

Experience Level: beginners and intermediates

Self-Care Yin Yoga

Make time for you at the beginning of the work week. Poses are held for about 5 minutes so you can enjoy longer moments of quiet to really calm your mind, and sink deeper into the stretch to truly nourish your body.

Yoga Equipment: mat, block, strap, and bolster or equivalent

Experience level: beginners and intermediates

Jasper National Park - Yoga for Beginners Whitehorse YT

Sleep Well Restorative

In need a of a restful sleep? This class is for you! Our poses are sequenced so you can really release, relax, and sleep well. The duration of poses are 10-12 minutes each so you can really calm the body, followed by a guided meditation to relax the mind.

Yoga Equipment: mat, block, bolster or equivalent, and wall

Experience level: beginners and intermediates

Peaceful Yin Yoga

Enjoy a sense of peace throughout our yin practice. Poses are held for about 5 minutes, followed by a short guided meditation so you can experience a deep calming of the body and mind.
