Yoga Class Descriptions

Yin Style Flow Yoga

Inspired by the fluidity of prenatal yoga, the active stretching of yin yoga, and sequenced to flow with the breath, this is a beautiful practice! This class is a wonderful opportunity to connect your body, mind, and breath. Online participants will need a mat, block, bolster or blanket. No experience needed.

Vinyasa Yoga

Feel energized throughout your day with our vinyasa class! Poses are sequenced to flow with the breath benefitting both the body and the mind. We begin our practice with guided breath work followed by a flowing sequence, and balance and stretch poses. Online participants will need a mat and a block. No experience needed.

Restorative Yoga

Experience deep relaxation with the body and the mind. During restorative yoga you will have time and space to rest. You may choose to play soft music, use essential oils, and dim the lighting. Many poses use the weight of the body to allow you to sink deeper and deeper into a sense of peace. Poses are held for 8-12 minutes and require props to ensure the body is comfortable. Online participants will need a mat, block, bolster or cushion, and a blanket. No experience needed.

Yin Yoga

Provide yourself with stillness and space to focus inwards. Yin yoga is a yoga practice sequenced with poses where you are actively stretching a targeted area for 2-5 minutes each. When you allow yourself to surrender mentally and physically, you will feel the benefits during and after your practice. Online participants will need a mat, block, bolster or cushion, and blanket. No experience needed.
