About the Event
Join us for gentle, sunset yin yoga by candlelight on the beach at Outlook & District Regional Park.
We’ll begin our practice just before sunset watching the river flow beneath the nearby bridges. Our class includes mindful breath work, followed by a sequence where poses are held for 2-5 minutes each. You will be provided with variations for each pose so you can decide what feels best for your body in the moment. As we near the end of our practice, we will close with a guided meditation.
All yoga equipment is provided.
All ages, all flexibilities, and beginners welcome!
