Beginning this autumn, we'll be hosting FREE Stepping Out of Stress and Into Calm walks in various parts of Saskatchewan. If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or even a sense of disconnect, these walks are for you!

About the Event
Beginning this autumn, we'll be hosting FREE Stepping Out of Stress and Into Calm walks in various parts of Saskatchewan. If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or even a sense of disconnect, these walks are for you! During this time we'll share forest bathing, guided meditation, and much more. Jennifer will be stepping you through the entire experience so you can calm your nervous system, be more present in the moment, and have the opportunity to connect with nature and like-minded people.
You are welcome to join 1 or all of the events. Please remember to register for the correct date and location you are wanting to join.→ Autumn in Moose Jaw (Sunday, October 27th)→ Winter in Outlook (Sunday, January 5th)→ Spring in Prince Albert National Park at Lake Waskesiu (Sunday, April 6th)→ Summer in Douglas Provincial Park at the Sand Dunes (Sunday, June 22nd)
