Online Gentle Prenatal Yoga Classes
Discover the magic of prenatal yoga; a time to relax and gently strengthen the body, all while feeling a sense of calm.
*This is a 5 Week Series - Mondays in December 6:30-7:00pm
We'll begin our practice with guided, mindful breathing followed by a sequence of gentle standing and seated poses that flow with the breath. We'll close our practice with a relaxing, guided meditation. You are welcome to join with your camera and microphone on or off. Beginners and intermediates welcome. Yoga equipment needed: mat, bolster, block, blanket to roll up and/or fold for support, blanket to relax underneath.
Only 10 spots are offered in each group to ensure a sense of community and curate the experience for the individuals attending.
