Yoga Class Information
We'll begin our practice with guided breathing to feel more present in the moment, followed by a sequence of yoga stretches where you will be provided with options to do what feels best for your body. Near the end of our class we'll close with a mudra to channel mindfulness and positive energy for the rest of our day.
