Provide yourself with stillness and space to focus inwards. Yin yoga is a yoga practice sequenced with poses where you are actively stretching a targeted area for 2-5 minutes each. When you allow yourself to surrender mentally and physically, you will feel the benefits during and after your practice. All yoga equipment provided. No experience needed. Only 8 spots available.
