Yoga, Tap & Play!

Join us for a day of fun at Outlook Regional Park!

We'll begin our time together with an energizing family yoga practice on the lawn, followed by experiencing regulating skills and calming strategies when playing outside on various structures throughout the park, and completing our day with a group EFT session.

Snapshot of your hosts: Lynette is a Retired Elementary & Resource Teacher (B.Ed.), Certified EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping Practitioner, Founder of, "Rooted in LōVE Healing Naturally", Essential Oil Educator, and fully embraces living the life you love!

Jennifer is a Registered Classroom Teacher, Canadian Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, Mindfulness Coach, Ayurvedic Nutritionist, and encourages people of all ages to give it a go, get into the flow!
